Welcome to Jennifer Gage's (minimal) personal webpage.

Information about me:
I am a PhD Candidate working with Dr. Robin Murphy at the Center for Robot-Assisted Search and Rescue. I have completed my Masters: Analysis of How Mobile Robots Fail in the Field(bibtex), and am currently persuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of South Florida.

Research

I am primarily interested in problems that arise when autonomous robots are used in unknown or very complex (difficult to model) environments, for example natural outdoor or field environments. Especially problems that arise in the following areas:

Other related research interests include: This page provides links to papers that I have authored since I joined CRASAR including reports, published (or in print) conference papers, and journal articles. A better maintained list of CRASAR's published and accepted papers (including mine) can be found here. This page also includes documentation of some past software projects, a LaTeX style file for producing USF Master's and PhD's, and amusing images I've run across lately.

LaTeX Style File for USF Master's Thesis and PhD Dissertation

Warning: For Latex experts only. Use at your own risk. If you choose to use this style file it is likely you will have to do additional work on it. It is correct for the Spring 2004 Master's formatting. I have not looked at the PhD formatting requirements. But if you'd planned to use Latex for your Thesis or Disstertation then this style file will help. Download.
