I did my Ph.D. in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at University of South Florida (US).

I received my Master in Computer Science from UNAB (Colombia) and ITESM (Mexico) in 2002 and my Master of Science in Computer Engineering from USF (USA) in 2007.

I am a professor in the Systems Engineering Faculty at UNAB. In 2004 I was awarded with a Fulbright scholarship to do a PhD in computer science at USF. In 2008 I was awarded with the 2007-08 Provost Award for Outstanding Teaching by a Graduate Student. My major professor is Dr. Miguel Labrador. Our research area is Available Bandwidth Estimation.
