Notes:

Two general classes of solution: proxy and non-proxy

Possible assumptions are:

1) Can make NO changes to end devices

2) Can add software (e.g., to SSDP function) to end devices

3) Can add/change software to end devices

4) Can change hardware (e.g., wake-up modalities) in end devices
