Problem #1 -  Solve problem #5 from Kurose and Ross (page 69)

Problem #2 - Solve problem #10 from Kruose and Ross (pages 70-71)

Problem #3 -

Ping a host at a USA univerity 300 times.  Do the same for a host at an overseas
university.  Determine the coefficient of variation (standard deviation divided
by mean) of the RTT for the two hosts.  Comment on the difference in CoV and
give a plausible explanation for the difference.  Note: Solaris has a 1
millisecond clock resolution, Windows has a 10 millisecond resolution.
