Project 1. Large scale
molecular simulation data management
This is a Database
System project in which the student(s) will have to
accomplish the following goals:
- Constructing a
user interface for easy data access and sharing
among scientists
- Developing novel indexing
techniques for efficient querying
- Implementing algorithms for
processing new query types
- Gain hands-on experience on
building/querying a database
Student(s) involved in this
project will work in Java/C/C++ language.
